Multi functional stainless steel filterThis product consists of a stainless steel filter cup, filter head, filter bracket, liquid collection bottle bracket, and vacuum power. This product can select different specifications and materials of filter membranes and filter papers according to the needs of the experimenters to filter different samples. This product can simultaneously filter suspended solids, nutrients, chlorophyll, bacteria, heavy metals, etc. in the samples. Suitable for all solution filtration tasks. The filter membrane and filtrate can be collected separately and tested separately without interfering with each other. One instrument can simultaneously separate and recover different samples for separate testing.

Instrument features:

1. Stainless steel material with full hygiene grade or above
2. Easy to clean, high-temperature disinfection, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant
3. 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 samples can be filtered simultaneously, and the filtrate and filter membrane can be collected separately and used separately
4. The sampling range of the filter cup is wide and can take 0-700ml of water sample. Each filter cup is marked with a scale, which is convenient for experimental personnel to take and place samples
5. Filter membrane specifications (diameter): available in Φ 25, Φ 35, Φ 45, Φ 50, and Φ 80. One instrument can choose to place filter membranes of a certain diameter specification at the same time, or different diameter specifications at the same time. Each filter membrane and filtrate can be separately recovered for laboratory analysis
6. The vacuum filtration pump adopts an oil-free dual piston design, with a negative pressure gauge disc that can adjust the negative pressure
7. The collection bottle has a fixed frame, with rubber pads added to the four corners at the bottom to avoid collision. A water outlet is left at the bottom of the frame, with a valve for easy flushing.
8. The air circuit is designed on the outside of the rack, with valves for easy opening and closing
9. The entire circuit has no dead corners due to water accumulation, and the valve fittings are made of high-quality 316 stainless steel material to avoid corrosion
10. Place the upper surface edge of the filter cup and filter head with a fence, leave a water outlet at the bottom, and have a valve for easy flushing. The overall height is ≤ 50cm, which is convenient for staff to use.
